“Start Quiz” is showed twice

Hello,
I purchased Save Results Pro. It works fine except an annoying detail: the “Start Quiz” button is showed twice. A first time before filling the Name and Email fields and a second time after filling these same fields.
Any advice ?

PS: I am using HD Forms but the issue is still here when I don’t
Hi Gilles,
I think that you have Paginate enabled on your first question. This is why you have the double start button since Paginate forces the question to be hidden behind the button.
