I am Harmonic Design, a web design and development agency located in Hamilton, Ontario, 🇨🇦.
With more than a decade building things for the web, dozens of professional WordPress plugins (many of which are free and listed in the official WordPress repository), and tens of thousands of people supported, I felt the need to create HDPlugins as a place to sell and offer support for my growing WordPress products and plugins.
I have no support team. All plugins are created solely by myself, and all support is handled directly by me. So rest easy knowing that if you use one of my plugins, you are in the best care and are dealing with the developer directly. All support is done with full transparancy out in the open right here on the support forum.

Absolutely! I love designing and building custom themes. Just like with my plugins, a large focus is on performance and ease of use. Although I always support the things that I build, I try and make using your new site as easy and intutive as possible.

Can you customize one of your plugins for me?
Depends on what it is that you want customized. I pride myself on making my plugins very extendable, allowing other programmers to change, modify, or add functionalty to the different parts of the plugins as needed without needing to modify the plugin itself.
Because of this, I recommend checking out the documentation page for the relevant plugin to see what actions, hooks, and filters are available for you to use. If you are not a programmer and would like to hire me to make your desired customizations, then please contact me at Harmonic Design and I’ll get back to you with my thoughts and pricing.

If you have a feature that you’d like to see added to one of my plugins, a great place to request it is the feedback forum.
I obviously cannot guarantee that your feature will be added, but since the forum is publically viewable, it allows others who may also want the feature to offer their voice in support as well.
