Need to download the info from the HD form
Hi, i made a personality test, but when i download the results it only download the ones in the test i made an HD form for that, wee need to be able to download the file with names, email, phone nomber etc.
Its there a way cause thats the whole purpose of the test.

this is a current limitation of the export feature specifically for personality quizzes, since that is an entire new quiz type that needs to store data in an entirely new way.
The good news is that an update is already in the works that will improve the export CSV for personalty tests and will be released sometime this week (hopefully tomorrow, the 18th).
i already download the update but it didnt fix my problem, please help me my boss is really mad abut it
With the latest update, the CSV export will contain form data inside the Forms column, including any custom fields you may have added.
If it is not working for you, I’ll need more information from you to help.
when i download the information it looks the same, i already made the update, but nothing happend.
Now I’m confused, haha.
Wasn’t the whole point of this the export of data? Being able to “download” that information into a CSV?
I’m not sure what settings you are expecting to be different in your above the screenshot, but if you export the data, Personality Type quizzes will also contain the full form data in the CSV

Thanks for the response. For what it’s worth, for some reason Imgr only showed your first screenshot at the time – so I had no idea that your export was still not working and that you had already tested it.
The first thing I see is that if you are using the latest version, the data in your screenshot should literally be impossible. So let’s verify that you are actually using the latest version and that your host didn’t cache the old URL.
If you go to the Settings Tab -> Email, do you see an option for “Only send email to passed quizzes”? If you do not, then this verifies that you are not on the latest version.
If you go to your account page:
you will see all of your current licences for any addons as well as a button “download latest”. Select this and install it as it is a direct link to the latest version.
If you are confident that you ARE on the latest version, and it is still not working for you, please send me login access to the site and I’ll debug it for you and ensure that you can get the data out as intended. Just let me know and I’ll send you an email directly so that the login info can remain private.
