it’s impossible for me to know for certain, but generally speaking, issues like this are always caused by a third party caching solution.
In your case (thanks for the link btw!), I see that you are using something called WPO Minify Footer, which I assume is WP Optimize. It looks like the cache it made has errors in it that is preventing some functions from running.
So the first thing to try is to clear/purge your cache. This will force WPO to recreate the cache from fresh, hopefully without errors this time.
If the above does not work let me know. It looks like WPOptimize has a way to exclude scripts from minification and merger, so we can use that to exlude HD Quiz scripts

In our tests it works fine.
