Enable email results
Hy Dylan,
Quiz Settings >> Advanced >> Enable Save Results Pro Emails
I have had this enabled for a while and it works perfectly.
Now I want to turn it off. I toggle the selection to ‘Disable’ but the name and email form continues to be displayed at the end of the quiz.
…and I am having the same problem with:
HD Quiz – About / Settings >> General >> Show results as percentage
Despite flushing the server and wordpress and browser cache.
I can’t get rid of the percentage score.

Hi Paul,
the setting you are referring to, “Enable Save Results Pro Emails” only affects if the addon sends you the email on quiz completion or not.
If you want to remove the form, you can do this from the Save Results Pro settings. Just change the form to “blank” (the top option in the select box) to disable it.
Sorry Dylan, that didn’t work.
That form doesn’t look like it is coming from HDForms, I think that is the default form that comes included with the SRP Addon.
In your screenshot, above the HDForms section, there are options “Label for Name” and “Label for Email”. I’m guessing you have these filled out? If so, remove them.

That fixed it. Thanks so much.
And now I can see the default value is: “Leave blank not to use”
Of course, you can’t see this when you enter text in the input box.
