Bug report: Save Results Pro – Expanded results email and admin view leave question columns empty

I am using the HD Quiz plugin along with Save Results Pro on my WordPress site, and I’ve run into a consistent issue with how the test results are displayed and formatted.
When a user completes a quiz, both in the email notifications (Expanded Results) and in the WordPress admin view (Full Record modal), the HTML table structure fails to map the questions correctly. Specifically:
The question text is only rendered for the first row, while the
Questioncolumn for all subsequent option rows remains completely empty/blank.Because of this, the detailed breakdown in emails and admin records is broken and extremely difficult to read, as the answers lose their context.
For your reference, I have attached screenshots showing how the questions are properly set up in the backend versus how they end up blank and misaligned in the results table.
Could you please check this template/rendering bug in the Save Results Pro add-on and let me know if there is a hotfix or an upcoming update to resolve it?

thanks for the report and screenshots.
Can you confirm the following?
- The same question titles are missing for each result?
- If you export the results, does the CSV contain the missing titles?
Also can you provide the full title from one of the missing ones here? I’ll try and replicate the issue. Right now my assumption is that this has to be a character encoding issue, but it’ll be a lot easier to confirm if I have an exact title to test against.

Thanks for getting back to me. To answer your questions and provide the requested details:
Are the same question titles missing for each result? Yes, I can confirm that it is always the exact same question titles that are missing for every result, not random ones.
Does the export contain the missing titles? No. As you can see in the attached CSV file and screenshots, those specific question titles are completely blank/missing in the export data as well (while the question titles are fully present and correctly set up in the WP admin quiz builder).
Regarding your assumption about character encoding: I doubt it’s an encoding issue, because all answer options containing special Slovak characters, brackets, and symbols render and export perfectly. It’s only specific question titles that fail to show up.
Example of a missing question title: Here is the exact full title of one of the questions that always goes missing: “V akom čase nastáva samočinné odpojenie poruchového zariadenia od zdroja v prípade použitia prúdového chrániča”
I am attaching both the CSV export and screenshots from the admin panel showing that the questions exist. Let me know if this helps you replicate the issue!

I *might* have tracked down what could be happening here.
If you go to your account page, you can download the latest version (it is the same version number as before – I don’t want to push as an update until confirmed solution).
With this new version, a new result being saved should no longer have this problem.
