Nothing Happens When I Enter The License Key
Hello! Thank you for your time and support.
I have successly purchased the styler add one, activated the plugin, entered in the lisense key…yet when I press activate nothing happens.
When I enter an incorrect/random key it shows as red, when I enter the correct one it shows as green, but there is no redirection.

Sucessfully** and sorry! it doesnt turn green when I enter, it redirects and then appears blank (it does turn red when it is wrong though)
Hi Sydney,
this almost certainly means that your admin area of your site is being cached.
What I think is happening is this:
– you load the page, and need to enter your license key. Your site/server/browser caches this page state.
– you correctly validate your key
– page reloads the old cached version instead of the new fresh one
Checking my own logs, I can see that the server did respond to your activation request with a “success”, so we at least know that there is no issue on that side.
WHAT TO DO:
Clear out any and all caches. This should allow the page to load in the “activation” state.
– Clear your browser cache (if you don’t know how to do this let me know what browser you use and I can provide instructions. On most browsers, you can go to the Styler page and press CTRL + F5 to force reload that page fresh)
– Clear your site cache if you are using a caching plugin
– Clear your Cloudflare cache if you are using Cloudflare
