Layout problem
The layout/styler is very cold; I tried to fix it without success, so I decided to buy the Styler to improve the layout, but it didn’t help. Could you check what happened? It became like this after a few updates.
It’s a theme conflict; I tried another simple theme and the HD Quiz appears normally. But I need to keep this theme because the plugin was working perfectly.

this is not something that can be fixed on HD Quiz’s side as the problem is either with your theme, or more likely, a broken site cache.
Your site is failing to properly load the CSS styles for the quiz. Start by logging into your site and full clearing your site cache from LiteSpeed ⇾ Toolbox ⇾ Empty Entire Cache. Hopefully, this will allow it to rebuild fresh without errors.
If that does not work, then since it does work when you switch themes, the issue is likely an error with your theme causing the incompatibility issue.
To debug, fully clear and disable cache. If it works, then it’s a caching compatibility error. If it still doesn’t work, it’s an issue with your theme. You can try to enable wp_debug to test further.
EDIT: I see you cleared out the cache and it’s all working again now 🙂
So I’ve figured out that Yoast SEO is the one causing the conflicts, I disabled it and installed another SEO plugin, it works perfectly with HD Quiz.
