Activation Issue
Hi, I have an issue during the activation of the license.
I insert the license number in the field but, when I click on “ACTIVATE” nothing happens. How can I fix it? Thank you

I just checked the logs and can see that your activation was successful, at least on my server. This means that the issue is almost certainly due to caching on your end.
What I think is happening is that you have gone to the HDInvoice page which loaded up the activation screen. Because of your site setup or browser, this screen was then cached. Now when you activate and the page reloads, instead of loading the new fresh page, it reloads the cached activation page.
So the solution is to clear your caches (both browser and server) and you should be good to go! Since you are using LiteSpeed cache, I’d start there. Clear the site cache (LiteSpeed Cache Toolbox) and see if it works now. HDInvoice should have full compatibility with LiteSpeed (this site uses it too!), but it’s possible your configuration could override it and force certain pages to cache.
If you determine that LiteSpeed was the issue, I recommend adding HDInvoice to the “excludes” list for LiteSpeed. This can be done by going to LiteSpeed Cache → Cache → Excludes, and entering /hdinvoice/ into the Do Not Cache URIs setting.
For most browsers you can go to the HDInvoice page and press CRTL+F5 to force the page to reload with a fresh cache, but you can also view this article for a more detailed instruction based on what browser you use.
