When you click finish it displays no result (it’s a personality test)

I am testing out the HD quiz before paying for the customisable features that will allow me customise to my website.

However, when i click on finish it either doesnt change anything or sends the user to this blank page – about:blank#blocked

Also can we have one question at a time, the way it looks is overwhelming.

First, the easy question.

Also can we have one question at a time, the way it looks is overwhelming.

The feature you are looking for is called Paginate, and it can be enabled on any question you want to start a new section with.

doesnt change anything or sends the user to this blank page – about:blank#blocked

This is NOT caused by HD Quiz, and in fact, indicates that your site is probably infected with a malicious script. about:blank#blocked is a url that your browser adblocker opens when a script tries to open a new window to a malicious url. Somewhere on your site, is a script that looks at your pages and tries to open a new window/tab to blocked content. I recommend looking at all of your files, and installing something like WordFence to scan for issues.

Thanks for your prompt response. I installed the Wordfence plugin as suggested, and its scan found no errors or malware on the website. Secondly, I tried enabling pagination for all questions, so that one one question appears at a time. instead, I ended up with a very scattered, confusing black box. which when you click on it takes you back to the same blocked page. I have also cleared cache. You can check the wesbite for the current issue. https://unravellingher.com/would-you-survive-a-solo-date/

I think your issue might be the browser itself. IF there is no malicious script on your website, then it must be a malicious extension installed on your browser (or even DNS poisoning, but that’s a more complicated topic).

Visiting the link you provided – everything looks and works beautifully. See video proof.

Thank you for your help. I figured out the problem. When I added the link, it was set up as embedded. I clicked Insert Link in WordPress, and for some reason, it broke. However, I deleted the entire page and then just copied and pasted, so I didn’t have to insert the link. Thanks for your help and continuous prompt attention. I will definitely be upgrading the service.
