What would cause the “success” message NOT to display upon passing score for a quiz?

The result shows success and pops up the social media share, but does not display the keyword.

not sure if I fully understand your question. What keyword are you talking about? What next level?
Your quiz has a single question, and if you answer it correctly, the site is correctly marking it as 1 / 1 – 100% and shows the “Quiz pass content” (which you have blank).
If your question is why is the quiz pass content empty, then there are two places to look.
The first is to obviously make sure you have content saved. Edit the quiz, select the Quiz Settings, and make sure you have something entered for “Quiz pass content”.
Second is your site itself. I don’t know what keyword you are talking about, or what the “next level” means for you, but it’s possible that something on your site is actually stripping that content away before HD Quiz even gets to it. If this is the case, you can try to disable the “Replace the_content filter for quizzes” setting found on the HD Quiz settings page.
