Hi Jorgen,
design and fonts are controlled by your theme. You can override these by adding some CSS to your theme though. A “quiz style designer” feature is in development for the future but is in the extremely early stages. If you can send me a link to your quiz with an idea of what you want to change, I can provide you some quick CSS that you can copy/paste into your theme’s style.css file.
