Also, There is one issue that I am facing, I have provided the HD quiz menu to editor as well but I dont want to give him the option to delete quizzes.
Is there anyway I can do that?

Sorry but there is not really an easy way to do that. In WordPress, an editor is almost as powerful as an administrator.
You can try to use a user capabilities plugin to make it so that editors cannot delete taxonomies (HD Quiz uses a taxonomy called “quiz”). This one looks like a popular one:
Just note that even if that works, your editors will still be able to see the button to delete quizzes, but clicking that button wont actually delete anything since they wont have the permissions to do so.
