Styles not working
The plugin had always worked well. Now, with the latest updates, it seems that it doesn’t pick up the styles. The results and the questions appear on the page, all together. Any ideas? Thanks

it looks like none of the HD Quiz assets are loaded on your site. I see you are using WP-Optimize. Can you try to clear out the cache there? Specifically, we want to clear out the minified versions of files it created so that it can create them fresh.
UPDATE:
Looking further into this, it looks like this IS an issue with WP-Optimize. The “minified footer” for example, has your scripts added in twice.
Clearing the cache might fix it for you. If not, I recommend, temporarily at least, to exclude the page from WP-Optimize minification, or otherwise looking at your minification settings.

UPDATE: Problem solved and confirmed that the issue was minification from WP-Optimize. If anyone else has this issue, please clear your minified cache (not just the normal cache, but the minified files), or even consider excluding HD Quiz scripts from their minification.
The style sheet is: hdq_style.css
And the Scripts are: hdq_script.js and hdq_personality_script.js
