Still got the error

closed

Hi. I asked the other day about this message, which is visible on my webpage:

Error: Warning: Undefined array key “paginate_all” in /var/www/turkishdelight.dk/public_html/wp-content/plugins/hd-quiz/includes/functions.php on line 292

I went to all settings and saved everything again, but the message is still there. My page is online now, so you can see it.

Also you warned me about having the debug and php logging option activated. I have no idea how that got activated. And when I search Google for answers regarding, how to turn it off, it seems rather difficult. :-/ I’m really scared of doing something, that makes my page a hot mess. 🙂

Unfortunately this would be hard for me to guide you through since there are several different ways that debugging could be enabled on your site, including from other plugins.

However, the first place to look is at your wp_config.php file, located in the installation folder of WordPress.

You can read this article I wrote about how to enable debugging for more information.

WordPress Debug Steps

I strongly recommend trying to figure out how to remove logs on your site if you are able to.

Other than that, what I will do tomorrow is make a very small update to HD Quiz that will specifically silence this warning even for people like you that have debugging enabled. Normally this would be a bad idea, but luckily this warning is literally irrelevant, so there is no problem with silencing it on my end.

Just letting you know that I just published the minor update to HD Quiz.

I did not increase the version number, so you will not be prompted to update. Instead, you must deactivate then delete HD Quiz (you will not lose any data by doing this), then reinstall fresh to get the change. The only change in this new version is that the warning you saw is silenced.

Thank you so much for your helped. It looks much better without the warning 😉

Excellent, glad it’s better for you now.

If it’s not too much trouble, I’d appreciate it if you could leave a review for HD Quiz: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/hd-quiz/reviews/

Each one helps!
