Show results numbering changed – It shows one fewer question than there actually are.
Since the latest update, the “Show results above or below quiz” only displays e.g. 49 out of 50 questions. e.g. 28 correct answers /49 questions, even though I answered all 50 questions.
This was counted correctly until before the update: e.g. 28/50 was displayed.
What could have happened?

Can you provide a link to the quiz so I can take a look?
The only possibility I can think of right now is that one of your questions is missing a correct answer. Nothing about the upgrade would have changed how your questions are saved, so this might have been a mistake you previously made but did not notice until the cache was cleared?
