This is an interesting idea, but is not something I am likely to add to HD Quiz.
I think the best thing you can do is to add a contact form to your site to make it easy for users to fill out the form to notify you if you have any incorrect questions. You can use plugins like HDForms, Gravity Forms, or any other form builder for this

IS IT POSSIBLE TO ADD A REPORT LINK ON THE QUESTIONS SO THAT IF A QUESTION IS INCORRECTLY MARKED THE USER CAN MARK REPORT AND LET US KNOW.
