Quiz Question shows up ,but no image answers

Is this issue only when using the Image as Answers, or does it happen with all question types?

The good news is that I am able to replicate your issue if A) I create a blank question and do not add any answers, and B) I enable the timer per question feature. So just to be 100% sure before I start barking up the wrong tree, you do have answers saved to that question right? If you go and edit the question, do your answers show up there?

I’m not sure what you mean by “the question title has no link”. What link? Why would the title have a link? You can use HTML to add links (or bold, italics, etc) to question titles if you want, so there shouldn’t be any compatibility issues there.

If you want to hide the question number, this can luckily be done with some simple CSS. You can add the following either to your theme’s style.css file, or through the WordPress Customizer (appearance → Customize → Additional CSS)
