“Quiz Pass & fail text” problem not appearing
On the results page, I fill in “Quiz Pass text” and “Quiz Fail text” in the quiz settings. I’m adding content from the Giphy site and even though I click save, it doesn’t appear in the results. What would be the reason? Is it better to enter this information at the end or the beginning of the test? Or what could be the problem? Even though I click save, the information does not change.
I am using LiteSpeed Cache plugin. I don’t think it will conflict with any other plugins. What else could be the reason?
Hi Murat,
first, clear your site cache to make sure that the result text has not simply been cached as empty. This can be done under Lightspeed -> Toolbox -> Purge All.
If that does not work, the next most likely culprit is your host itself. If you add content without the Giphy stuff, does it safe? If so, then your host might be the one blocking the data from saving.
