Hi namneesh,
IF the import was successful, then the quiz and questions will appear on the HD Quiz dashboard.

Things to check:

  • On HD Quiz → Settings, check if Allow authors access to create quizzes is enabled. I don’t think this is the issue, but it is the only feature that limits who can see what quizzes, so IF this is enabled, it might point towards a bug on my end
  • On HD Quiz → Tools, open the Questions Custom Post Type Admin tool and see if your questions are listed there. If they are not there, then they were never imported.
  • Verify your CSV file. You can also download and use the demo CSV file to make sure your server has no issues.

If you check all the above and still need help, the next step is to provide me with the CSV file you used. I can verify it myself. You can use tmpfiles.org to upload

I have import quiz properly but not showing in dashboard. At Questions Custom Post Type Admin tool, questions are listed there.

Can you verify the first question for me?

On the Questions Custom Post Type Admin tool, does the Quizzes column have a quiz listed? It should show the name of your quiz.

IF the quiz name is missing it means that your questions were able to be added, but your site was unable to attach them to a quiz. This is only possible under the following conditions.

1. Your account lacks permission to create new terms
2. something else on your site already has that name reserved (for example, if you nae the quiz “hello”, but you already have a blog category called hello or similar scenario)

Try renaming the quiz to something you KNOW is unique in the CSV and uploading a couple of questions.

IF the quiz name is there, then it means that the quiz did, in fact, upload perfectly, but the issue is either with that first question I asked about author access, or your site is using custom user permissions for something, and it is the thing blocking your read access.

Hello,
Thanks for your time and support. Here’s the CSV file link –

Hi
sorry for the delay – been a crazy week for me!

can you please answer the two questions? Everything hinges on that.
