Option delete
Hello there is a issue in your plugin.If a general mcq question have 4 options how can we add 10 option .There is no way to delete the other options.Also i have uploaded a csv file and it have 4 options but it is showing 10 options.I have provided my website link.Scroll down to see the start quiz option.You can see the issue there.

I’m not 100% sure what your question is or what the problem is?
Each question can have UP TO 10 answers. If you only want to use 4, then only enter 4. Leave the rest blank.
Looking at your site, I see the quiz rendered perfectly, with each question having 4 answers.
Unless your question is that you originally added 4 answers, but now you’ve added in more, but the page doesn’t show them all? In that case, you’ll need to clear your page cache. You are using WP-Super-Cache, so you need to clear your cache so that your changes will be visible.

it’s not the plugin crashing, it’s your server.
A 600kb CSV file would contain several thousand questions (guessing more than 10k?) – so many that your server probably can’t load it all into memory to begin parsing.
Reduce the file size (ie: split the file into multiple CSV files).
