There is a way to duplicate quizzes, but it’s more for adding the same questions to a new quiz – it does not duplicate the individual quiz options – which I think is what you are looking for here.

There is a way to set a default for the quiz pass and quiz fail text, but you’ll need to add some custom code to your theme’s functions.php file. Let me know if you are OK with this and I’ll write some custom code for you.
