Issue with “Show correct answers on completion” setting

Dear HD Quiz Support Team,

I am facing an issue with HD Quiz on my website (pakalphaweb.com).

The Problem: When a user finishes a quiz, their wrong answers are highlighted, but the correct options are not highlighted.

When I turn ON the toggle “Show correct answers on completion” in the quiz settings, the quiz result stops working properly — it shows an incorrect score calculation (100% score even when answers are wrong or total incorrect result).

Settings currently enabled:

  • Highlight questions as correct or incorrect: YES

  • Show correct answers on completion: YES

    • Could you please check why this setting is breaking the quiz results and not highlighting the correct options properly?

    When a student selects a wrong answer, the quiz should either highlight the actual correct option (for example, in green) or display the correct answer clearly underneath the question.

    Showing the correct answer upon completion is extremely important for learning, as it helps students instantly identify their mistakes and understand the correct answer for their preparation.

    Please let me know how I can fix this so that students can see the correct options properly when they attempt questions incorrectly.

    I am unable to reproduce this bug. Everything is working as intended on my end.

     

    Can you provide me with a link to a live quiz? My assumption is that the issue is either cache related or a CSS conflict with your theme.
