Issue updating HD Quiz – Save Results Pro
I purchased the HD Quiz Save Results Pro license on 3/11/26, and it has been working properly so far.
However, when attempting to update to version 1.8.0, I receive the following message:
“There is a new version of HD Quiz – Save Results Pro available. View version 1.8.0 details. Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin. Please renew your license to update.”
Since the license was purchased recently, I believe it should still be active. Could you please check my license status and clarify why I am being prompted to renew in order to receive updates?
If there is any issue with activation or registration on my site, please let me know what steps I should take to fix it.

This just means that for whatever reason your site’s having trouble connecting to my update server. If you log into your account, you can always download the latest version from there if the auto update fails for any reason.
Thanks for the clarification. The issue I’m running into is that I don’t have a user account to log in with, and I’m also unable to find any option on the website to create a new account. Could you please point me to where I can register, or advise on how I should proceed in this case?

I found the original email where you had provided the username and password — I must have overlooked it earlier.
