Love from China! HD Quiz is really awesome and thanks for everything that u have contributed. I met a problem right now when I tried to import quiz I always met THERE WAS A SERVER ERROR ADDING ONE OF YOUR QUIZZES error even using the test.csv file. And I also tried another computer to use worldpress with HD quiz, I still got the same error. Is there any idea to solve this problem?

unfortunately, this is basically a worst case scenario. It means that not only was HD Quiz unable to begin the import process, but that your site actually crashed during the import.
A server crash is extremely unlikely to be caused by HD Quiz, so the fact that this is happening on your site points to there being something installed causing the crash before HD Quiz can do the import. The most likely culprit being another plugin.
First thing to do is to look at any security plugins you may have installed. It’s possible they are blocking you from uploading the CSV, thus causing the crash when HD Quiz attempts the import.
If that looks OK, the “easiest” test is to disable all other plugins except HD Quiz and try the import. If it works, great! We know one of your other plugins is causing the crash, and you can re-enable them one by one to find the culprit.
If you are unable or unwilling to do the above, then your next best option is to enable WP_DEBUG mode. This will cause your site to display any error messages you have as well as log errors to a file debug.log. You can try an import, then check the debug log to see what error messages are there. This will point us in the correct direction.
