I have just installed HDQuiz but there is no “Add new question” button. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it still doesn’t work.

Do you have any other plugins installed that would affect menu order or position? As far as I know, the only thing that could prevent it from showing is if you have another plugin installed that is actively hiding menus from you. This is very strange!
