i am unable to add csv file.
when i upload 2nd file it doesnt show it after upload in quizes.

This can be very dependent on your CSV file and your host.
Assuming your CSV file is correctly formatted, some tips that can help with some hosts are
A) Make sure your filename does not contain any spaces or special characters.
B) Make sure that the filename is unique – not same name as a previously name file. Some hosts struggle with this
