I am stuck with changing the font family of questions to my regional language, is it possible???

Hi Shradha,HD Quiz inherits the fonts from your theme, but you can add the following bit of CSS to your site to override them.

.hdq_quiz_wrapper * {font-family: Arial, sans-serif !important;}

Changing “Arial” to whatever the name of your font is. Just note that the font will need to be a web standard font in order to be rendered properly for all users.
