How to Export HD QUIZ MCQ

Sir,
when update my wordpress Theme and HD Quiz plugin. My website not showing quizes. I want to change my theme. and fresh install wordpress. I want to export all my hd quiz questions and import newly install wordpress.
please give me proper suggesstion.

HD Quiz is compatible with the native WordPress import and export tools.
From your admin area, go to tools, export. Make sure you have “Questions” selected.
