you cannot export quizzes as a CSV file, but you can use WordPress’ native export tool to export as an XML. This is useful to import quizzes into another site using HD Quiz.
Looking at your example quiz, you could also just copy/paste the entire quiz into a text file, then format that way. I just turned your example quiz into a CSV in about 30 seconds this way, so you can always manually create your CSVs too. Hope this helps!
