How can I change the text Quiz Start to ‘Start the Quiz’ ???

I really need to have a bit more control over the look of the buttons and the text but I can’t find this anywhere in HD Quiz or in HD Styler, which I bought for this reason. Please can you help?
I’m talking about the Quiz Start button and the Next and Previous buttons..
