Hide # from questions

Hi Dylan,

Thank you for developing all these clever plugins. I very much appreciate your hard work.

I am keen to hide the # and question number from my quiz questions and found a note you had posted about using Additional CSS in the Theme Customisation editor:

.hdq_question_number, .hdq_result {display: none;}

This successfully removes the # and number from the questions but it also seems to prevent the score being displayed at the end of the quiz.

I hope you can help me with this.
