Hi, I like your quiz plugin. May I ask is there any way to upload quizzes in bulk through CSV? Do you have a tracker which shows how many people are completing quizzes and any consideration for SEO features? Thanks

there is no CSV import for quizzes at this time, but one will be available eventually.
You can use the free HD Quiz Save Results Light addon plugin. A pro version is also in development that will extend the functionality of the free version.
And unlike some of the other quiz plugins, HD Quiz renders questions and answers on the server, not using JavaScript. This means that search engines such as Google have no problem at all seeing and indexing quiz content
