I’m sorry to say that there is no .pot file available for HD Quiz as HD Quiz is not translation ready yet (for anyone else reading this – we are referring to the backend/admin areas of HD Quiz – not the quizzes themselves).
If you need to translate the backend, you will, unfortunately, have to edit the plugin directly. Making HD Quiz translation-ready is one of the new features I am working on, but I will not be releasing it until the next major version release of HD Quiz (2.0) – which has no release date set. I work on HD Quiz for free in my spare time, so can rarly promise any timelines 🙁
