I created a quiz today. When I tested it, I could only answer the first question. For the second question onwards, the multiple choices can’t be selected. May I know why? Thank you for your help.

Hi Lynn,
this is almost certainly due to something else being broken on your site. Probably some rogue code blocking HD Quiz from either your theme or another plugin. Please reply with a link to a quiz and I can take a look to see what’s going on.
