hey admin, I am already loving the HD QUIZ plugin but, I was thinking whether there was some option to toggle our quizzez into night mode, is it possible?

There isn’t a built-in dark mode simply because it would be impossible to ensure it works with all themes.
However, HD Quiz was built and designed to be easy to style as long as you know CSS. If not, there is the HD Quiz Styler add-on that can be purchased (found on the add-ons page under HD Quiz) that will allow you to easily create your own dark mode as needed
