Hello I want to be the first to say that I really like the plugin. Now I’ve installed the addon to keep track of who ate. But where do they have to register. I’ve installed the plugin user administration I can also check it for registration.

sorry, but HD Quiz does not handle login or registration for your sites. This is something that needs to be handled either by your theme directly, or a dedicated membership plugin. Take a look at the popular User Registration plugin:
