Hello, I used to have my HD quizzes set up to display a form in the results page (eg “You could still learn a bit more about cyber security, sign up to receive our guide”) but now since the update the results page just displays the form code but no form. Is there something I need to do to make this work again? Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi Anna,
I’m guessing that the special characters were replaced with the html entity, so like, a [ would be replaced with &#91 or similar. This can be confirmed by switching the editor to “text edit”. If this is the case, the easiest way would be to delete the shortcode and then add it in again – this way we ensure that the correct character is saved

Thanks for coming back to me so quickly. This doesn’t look to be the case, although I deleted and re-entered the short code in the text editor just in case, but it still just displays the short code. Do you have any other suggestions please? Thanks in advance.
