When you create a quiz, you are not also creating a page to show that quiz. This is why you use the shortcode or Gutenberg block to add the quiz to any page, post, or whatever on your site.

IF you are putting your quizzes on posts instead of pages – the easiest way to do what you are looking for is to simply create a new category called “quizzes” and add all of the posts with quizzes on them to this new category.
