Hello, I installed HD Quiz on every lesson of my Memberpress Courses, and it worked great until recently. The UI no longer displays correctly. It’s all text now with no formatting or functionality. I am using Memberpress Courses on WordPress that had a Generate Press theme. The Quiz works fine on a regular WordPress page but not on a Memberpress Course Lesson post. Please advise, and thank you!

this means that for whatever reason, HD Quiz assets are not able to load on that page so just the barebones HTML is rendering. Unfortunately, I cannot tell you why this is happening without being able to see a quiz myself, so please feel free to reply with a link to a quiz so I can take a look.
The most likely reasons for this to be happening are:
A) Page caching gone wrong. If you are using a page caching plugin, sometimes they can make a mistake and not create the minified versions correctly. This can usually be fixed by clearing your site cache so that whatever plugin you are using can rebuild.
B) Your site has a critical error. Based on what you said “no formatting or functionality”, this is, unfortunately, more likely in your situation. You have a critical error on your site (caused by either your theme or some other plugin). Because the critical error happens before HD Quiz loads, the error prevents the needed assets from loading.
If you are not using a page caching plugin, or otherwise confirm that this is not a caching issue, then the only further advice I can give is to do the generic WordPress debug steps.
