Hello, Great Plugin. I just want to add one thing here. By default the Question is set at heading H3, Can I change it into H4 or Paragraph. Thank You.

It’s possible, but you will need to edit the plugin directly. Remember that if you do this, you will need to do it each time you upgrade HD Quiz (since the upgrade would overwrite your change).
If you edit /hd-quiz/includes/functions.php on line 850 you will see a function called hdq_print_question_title. This is the function you can edit. On line 864 you will see where the heading is set as an h3 tag.
