Hello Dylan, VERY USEFUL PLUGIN, THANKS!! Question. In a quiz > Quiz Settings > Quiz Pass Text, I can click a “Add Contact Form” and try to build a kind of Comments and Email form… but what is supposed to happen next? where do I insert these custom fields I just created? True, I would love for people to get their results via email, but they could also write me and comment on their experiences, errors in my quiz, suggestions… So, how do I get that Contact Form going live?? Hi Mario,
that button does is not a part of HD Quiz, it’s added by some other contact form plugin you are using. I suggest taking a look at your installed plugins and take special notice of ones related to creating forms.
