there is the Save Results Pro addon which was made specifically to save quiz results and send emails. It does not, however, currently have any integration with third party services ⇾ but I’m looking into automatically adding new users to a MailChimp list as a feature, but no timeline for when this will be available.
For your use case, you may be able to get away with simply embedding a signup form (such as a MailChimp subscribe form) to the quiz pass/fail text areas. But you will still need the Save Results Pro addon in order to save results (or the FREE Save Results Light addon if all you care about is to know when a quiz was completed and what the score was).

Hello! Stumbled on your Plugin when searching for a quiz plugin for my site. Was wondering if it was possible to ask them for an email address and name or something after quiz is finished as a step to send them the result? And can this be integrated with popular email autoresponders?
