Good news; it’s a super easy fix. The issue is called by your site caching the old version. It looks like you are using a plugin called WP-Optimize to minify and create assets. Please clear your site cache so that the new version of HD Quiz can load.
First – try reinstalling HD Quiz just to ensure you have all the latest files and nothing is corrupt, then make sure to clear your cache from within WP-Optimize
Your website is caching the older version.
