Continuing to enjoy HD Quiz. I’m posting a new quiz each week (roughly), and each one generates some interest on the website and conversation on our Facebook page.
I’ve also installed the “HD Quiz Results- Light” addon. Works nicely- it’s great to get some feedback on how many times the quiz is taken and on how hard/easy the questions are. When people stop taking the quiz, I upload a new one.

Two minor “complaints” about the Quiz Results addon…
1- The times/dates are shown in UTC. Is there any way they can be shown in local time instead?
2- The “Only save results for logged in users” is exactly the opposite of what I need. While I’m testing the quiz (logged in as Admin), I don’t want to add to the results list. Maybe two switches: S1)”Add results for logged in users” and S2)”Add results for non-logged in users”? Of course, you probably would never want to turn them both off… But I would turn S1 off and S2 on.

I do realize this is the “Light version”… But thanks so much!

Hi Larry,
first let me just point out that not only is it the free and “light” version, it’s also only version 0.1.

Both of your concerns have already been addressed as well as some extra bonuses for the next release 🙂

Just a quick note about your second point: I will not be adding that second toggle, but the feature I did add I think gets the job done well enough for your use case (let me know your thoughts!). What I’ve done is added in a quick and easy way to delete a row/score from the table. This way you can quickly delete your own scores from the results table if you are just testing.

Great- being able to delete a row will do the trick.

It looks like the results aren’t added until you click Finish, so what I’ve been doing is to skip clicking the Finish button at the end of each attempt. Instead, I just refresh my browser after each attempt (I test the quiz by putting it in an unpublished post). This lets me preview the questions, but I don’t see the final answer screen. Now I’ll be able to “clean up” the list after trying the quiz “for real.”

Even for version 0.1 it’s a great addition…

Thanks again!

If you are enjoying HD Quiz please leave a review here on the official WordPress.org page. HD Quiz is developed by me, just some dude, and is supported and available for free. It may seem dumb, but truly nothing makes me happier than knowing that people are using and loving HD Quiz and my hard work.
