Can you limit the amount of attempts on taking the quiz? i.e. if someone fails the quiz 3 times then they can’t take it again.

If your quiz takers are going to be logged in, then this is possible with an upcoming free addon I am working on. Let me know if you are interested and I can send you an advanced version.
