Hi Sandeep,
HD Quiz does not have anything like that.
It seems to me that you require a full LMS (Learning management system), so I recommend looking up some solutions for that.
I am not affiliated in any way with the following, and have never used myself, but LearnPress appears to be a reputable WordPress plugin for this
