Blank options appearing as choices in the quiz
I have created a quiz using csv bulk upload option. However, even though options 5 to 10 are blank, those blanks are appearing as options in the quiz.

you almost certainly have an improperly formatted CSV. There is a big difference between “blank” / “empty” and “a blank space” which is what I expect you have.
Open up your CSV file in any text editor and make sure that the answers you don’t want to include do not have any spaces and are not encapsulated with quotes.
For example:
Demo Quiz,HD Quiz is amazing,Yes,No,,,,,,,,,1 Is good.
Demo Quiz,HD Quiz is amazing,Yes,No, , , , , , , , ,1 is bad.
If you still need help, you’ll need to provide me with the CSV file you are using so I can verify for you.
