This is not a problem with HD Quiz.

Some other plugin is modifying your pages to turn headings into links. A) Make sure you are using the latest version. B) Make sure to clear any site caches. C) If you don’t know which plugin is modifying your code, disable all plugins except HD Quiz, then re-enable one by one until you find the problem.

Whatever is breaking your site, is modifying all links on the page. Even your logo is broken, which obviously has nothing to do with HD Quiz. You can also try temporarily changing your theme to see if the problem is with your theme.

Lastly, you can try creating a new page and adding the quiz to it. If it works on a new page, then we know that the issue was with whatever page template you were using.

Also, You do not have an SSL certificate installed. All modern browsers will block the page from loading on any website if you try to view it without a valid certificate.

It looks like your site is hosted with GoDaddy. You will need to purchase an SSL Certificate from them. This is not something I can help you with as it has nothing to do with HD Quiz and is far outside the level of support I can offer for a free WordPress plugin.
