Import button is not working

Recently, the import button is not working. I tried with my csv file as the example file provided in the documentation. There is no error message, but the button seems to be clicked, then nothing happens.

have you looked through the section in the documentation yet? There might be something useful there – but generally speaking, issues like this are almost always down to either a server issue, or improperly formatted CSV. Since it happens with the included demo CSV, this means the issue is almost certainly server related.
